Conclusion of the contract

After all medical, legal, and financial aspects of the selected program are clarified, a surrogacy agreement is prepared and signed.

The contract can be signed:

  • In person at our office in Kyrgyzstan or Armenia
  • Remotely via courier service or authorized representative

We ensure full legal compliance with the legislation of the selected country.

Arrival in the program country

The duration of your stay depends on the selected program (Kyrgyzstan or Armenia) and individual medical factors, which will be discussed during your initial consultation.

We can organize airport transfer and assist with accommodation arrangements for both arrival and departure to ensure a comfortable stay.

IVF with Own Oocytes

If the program involves IVF using the genetic material of both intended parents, the genetic mother needs to be present in the country during ovarian stimulation and egg retrieval.
Typically, this stage requires a stay of up to 2–3 weeks, depending on the medical protocol.

IVF with Egg Donation

When using an egg donor, the intended parents’ presence in the program country is usually required for a short visit — often no longer than 1–3 days.

The donor can be selected either in person at the clinic or remotely in advance.

Cryo Shipping

If you already have frozen embryos, we can arrange secure cryo transportation from your current clinic to our partner clinic in Kyrgyzstan or Armenia.

All transportation is conducted in compliance with international regulations and licensed cryo-shipping standards.

Selecting a Surrogate Mother

We provide access to our verified database of surrogate mothers who fully comply with the legal and medical requirements of the selected program country (Kyrgyzstan or Armenia).

Each candidate undergoes comprehensive medical screening, psychological evaluation, and legal verification.

You may review detailed profiles and select a surrogate mother according to your personal criteria and preferences.

Embryo Transfer and Pregnancy Monitoring

Once the surrogate mother is approved and the medical protocol is completed, the embryo transfer procedure is scheduled.

After pregnancy confirmation, you will be immediately informed.

Further program payments are made according to the agreed schedule and pregnancy milestones (for example: 7 weeks, 10 weeks, 20 weeks, 30 weeks).

Throughout the pregnancy, your personal manager will:

  • Inform you about all medical appointments and examinations
  • Provide regular updates and ultrasound reports
  • Send official medical documentation in a timely manner

We ensure full transparency during every stage of the pregnancy.

Birth and Legal Documentation

After the birth of your child, you will stay in a private family room at the maternity hospital until discharge.

Our legal team will assist you in obtaining all necessary documents required for your return home, including:

  • Birth certificate
  • Parental registration
  • Passport and exit documents (according to your citizenship)

We provide full legal support until your safe departure from the program country.
